The handmade silk mikado couture gown is made of eight layers of tulle, 45 metres of fabric in total - and took 40 hours to create.
And there is no doubt that the effort was worth it, with Holly stealing the show on the NTA red carpet tonight.
With such a detailed gown, Holly opted for simple accessories in the form of diamante earrings, and went sans clutch.
Love Island star Maura Higgins dazzled on the red carpet as she arrived at the O2 in London.
