THEY say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and now you can truly start it in style.
Asda is now selling teddy bear crumpets and you pick up six for just £1.
A photo of the adorable snack item was shared in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, and shoppers seemed desperate to snap them up.
Many mums and dads were quick to comment to say their kids would love them, and they’d make meal times a lot easier.
One raved: “I know 2 little girlies who would love these.”
Other people added: “These are the cutest” and “love these.”
Meanwhile, one person wrote: “These are calling out for honey or marmalade.”
Themed or fun-shaped crumpets are not new to the supermarket chain, who have previously brought out bunny-shaped and ghost-shaped crumpets.
They also previously were selling unicorn-shaped versions, with a pack of four for just £1.
The supermarket does not limit itself to breakfast treats either, having sold donut beef burgers.
Asda does not appear to be the only supermarket name having fun with food, with Morrisons having launched heart-shaped burgers for last Valentine’s Day and Aldi selling Peppa Pig shaped pasta.
