MRS Hinch has revealed to fans how she broke down in tears for three hours this week after none of her old clothes fitted her.
The cleaning sensation, 29, gave birth to first child Ronnie five months ago and admitted that she has days of struggling with what to wear.
Mrs Hinch shared how she had been moved to speak to her followers after seeing an emotional post on Instagram by Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent.
The actress revealed she had cancelled her first night out since her baby was born because she couldn’t fit into any of her old clothes.
The 27-year-old, who gave birth to a baby boy just last month, revealed she broke down in tears and felt “ashamed” lat night after struggling to “pick up” where she left off.
Mrs Hinch said Brooke’s post had struck a chord with her, and she could relate to the struggles.
Taking to her Instagram Stories last night, Mrs Hinch, aka Sophie Hinchliffe, told her three million fans: “This caption is everything!
“I cried on Friday last week for about 3 hours straight for exactly the same reason so I have saved this post and I will be reading this every single time I open my wardrobe doors to choose an outfit I know still won’t fit and reaching for the same old baggy jumper than makes me feel half human.
“Thank you Brooke and please remember how amazing you are!
“This is a new chapter for us both as new mummy’s and we are about to live our best life yet without those sexy black jeans.
“Lots of love to you xxxx.”
Sophie and husband Jamie welcomed little Ronnie into the world in June, after the cleaning guru suffered complications during the pregnancy.
She was forced to cancel her book tour after being rushed to hospital over mystery illness in April.
